Location: Liverpool & Wirral
Agency: Teaching Personnel
Salary: £85 - £100 per day, dependant on experience
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (with potential for permanent)

Role Overview:
As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to pupils, including those with special educational needs (SEN) or challenging behaviour. Your role will involve helping with day-to-day classroom activities, working 1:1 with students, and supporting small groups to ensure all children can access learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students, particularly those with additional needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties)
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Support with behaviour management, ensuring a calm and productive atmosphere
- Contribute to students' personal development, ensuring their emotional and social needs are met
- Offer general administrative support (preparing resources, assisting with displays, etc.)
Requirements:
- Experience working in a school setting or with children is preferred but not essential
- A patient, caring, and compassionate attitude
- A strong commitment to helping children succeed academically and personally
- The ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
