Classroom Assistant
We are currently looking for someone to join us at Teaching Personnel on a full-time basis for the remainder of this academic year and the start of the next academic year.

We work very closely with a number of schools in the local authority, who are always on the lookout for additional support. These vacancies are within Secondary Schools. We are welcoming applications from people with varying backgrounds. If you have experience of working with young people, get in touch and we can help to kickstart your career in education.
The role involves:
- Assisting the children in the class with basic tasks and activities
- Helping pupils diagnosed with learning difficulties throughout the day, offering encouragement and support
- Aiding the teacher with extra activities outside the classroom, including things like Sports Days and assemblies
- Maintaining a good standard of behaviour within the classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
