Job Title: Class Teacher

Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

£31,650 - £43,607 Per annum

Job Duties:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to primary school students
  • Assess and evaluate student progress to provide feedback and support
  • Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programmes
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Education:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)

Working Conditions:

This role involves working with children in a classroom setting, following the school calendar and term dates. It may require occasional participation in extracurricular activities or school events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
