£166.32 per day as a minimum

Then let us help you!
Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic students which have completed their degree with QTS or PGCE and awaiting their QTS qualification. Even if you are a few months away from this, we can start the ball rolling to give you experience and exposure with local schools.
This is an opportunity to try out different year groups and different sectors which you may not have had the opportunity to do in your placements. For example, you may want to consider Special Education or Alternative provisions, but do not want to jump into the field before giving it a go. This is where we can help you.
We work across the South Wales area, therefore no school is off limits. We will work with you to tailor your experience and provide you with support during your year in practice as a Student Teacher. It can be daunting, so having an additional layer in Teaching Personnel to support you can really increase your confidence and resources can set you up nicely for September full time Teaching opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must have or due to finish a degree which results in QTS
- Be able to locate / commute to South Wales
- Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (Teaching Personnel can help you with the application)
- Is registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) Teaching Personnel can help you with the application
To work with Teaching Personnel, it is worth noting that there are NO FEES! We are looking for our new cohort of student Teachers in preparation for 2025. We are also open to group interviews, so if you and your fellow peers wish to register together, we can facilitate this.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
