Job Duties:

• Provide one-to-one support to students displaying challenging behaviour
• Implement individualised behaviour management strategies
• Assist in the development and implementation of Behaviour Support Plans
• Collaborate with other professionals to support student progress
• Monitor and track student behaviour and progress

Qualifications:

• A relevant qualification in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with children or young people with behavioural difficulties

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of behaviour management techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with students
• Strong organisational skills
