A school in Stockport is urgently seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their 'GOOD' Ofsted-rated school as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting SEN students throughout their school day.
Maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
Monitoring and managing student behaviour.
Providing 1:1 support to help students regulate their emotions and focus on tasks.

Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential. Any individual with proven experience managing and controlling behaviour in any setting will be a valuable asset to the team. The school will provide any necessary training to ensure you are fully prepared for the role. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for individuals ready to make an impact.

What Teaching Personnel Offers:

£400 – £500 per week.
CPD opportunities for professional development.
Flexible availability for booking and blocking out days.
A fantastic referral scheme offering £50 if you refer someone more suitable for the role.
