The Role: As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behaviour management strategies, working closely with students, teachers, and families to create positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behaviour support plans.
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to improve behaviour and social skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to provide holistic support.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a behaviour support or similar role, ideally within an alternative provision or special education setting.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
