Position: Behaviour Support Assistant.
Location: SEMH Specialist School, Northampton.
Hours: Full time.
Contract Type: Temporary.

Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of this specialist school. The school is commited to providing a safe and nurturing environment where every student can thrive. The role:
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the emotional and behavioural needs of the students. Working closely with the teaching team, you will help create a positive learning environment by:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Implementing behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students.
- Supporting students in building positive relationships and coping mechanisms.
- Assisting in the development of personalised support plans.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure student progress.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
