On-Call Supervisor – Secondary School in Oldham

Are you experienced in managing student behaviour and looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an On-Call Supervisor to join a secondary school in Oldham. This is an important role to help maintain a calm and productive learning environment throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to behaviour or disruption issues around the school as part of the on-call team
  • Support teachers by managing students who need time out of the classroom
  • Ensure school behaviour policies are adhered to, providing support in maintaining discipline
  • Work with students to encourage positive behaviour and re-engagement with learning
  • Build strong relationships with staff and students to promote a safe and respectful environment

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Confidence in handling challenging situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
