Job Title: Behaviour Mentor
Location: North London
Pay: £85 - £90.00 per day

Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Behaviour Mentor to join one of our client behaviour provisions. The ideal candidate will help support students who face challenges in their educational journey due to social, emotional, or behavioural difficulties. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on young lives and believe in the potential of every child, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to improve their behaviour, social skills, and emotional wellbeing.
- Work closely with teachers and other school staff to create tailored intervention plans for students.
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where students feel safe, supported, and valued.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents to encourage open communication.
- Encourage positive behaviour and teach coping strategies and conflict resolution skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or social work (desirable but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
