Behaviour Mentors Needed in Crawley and Horsham

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Teaching Personnel are looking for dedicated Behaviour Mentors to support our excellent schools across Crawley and Horsham.

Our schools provide tailored education for students with diverse needs, including:

  • Challenging behaviour
  • Mental health needs
  • Autism
  • Severe learning difficulties
  • Mobility needs

We’re seeking energetic, adaptable, and compassionate individuals who are ready to bring enthusiasm and positivity to the role. While experience in education is an advantage, we are eager to hear from anyone with a nurturing spirit, empathy, and resilience. This is a fantastic opportunity to help students build self-esteem and confidence in a supportive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
