Behaviour Mentor - Starting September 2024

An specialist school in Birmingham is seeking full-time Behaviour Mentors to join their dedicated support staff team. This specialized institution caters to students with diverse social, emotional, and mental health needs. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with additional needs, some of whom may have experienced developmental trauma and neglect. Your consistent and patient guidance will be essential in helping these young people achieve their educational goals.

Position Details:
- Role: Behaviour Mentor
- Location: Birmingham
- Sector: Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) Education
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Salary: £83 to £95 per day
We are looking for proactive, empathetic individuals who are confident in their ability to take initiative and provide high-quality care and support. Experience or a passion for working with SEN/SEMH children and/or adults is highly desirable, though not mandatory.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
