Join Our Team as a "Behaviour Buddy"!

At Teaching Personnel, we're looking for dedicated "Behaviour Buddies" to work on a full or half-day basis, supporting and motivating pupils. By reinforcing self-esteem and providing essential pastoral care, Behaviour Buddies play a vital role in raising student achievement and attendance, helping schools reach their attendance goals.

Position Details:

  • Daily Pay: £70 - £85 (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay)
  • Location: BB11 area (we also serve BB10 and BB12 areas for local placement options)
  • Position Type: Temporary, with potential for a permanent role in some cases

About the Role:

  • Duties: Encourage positive behaviour, collaborate effectively with classroom teachers, and provide tailored support to pupils with SEN.
  • Requirements: Experience in a school setting and a positive, adaptable approach to varied behaviours, especially with SEN pupils. Must follow safeguarding procedures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
