The Role:
As an Autism Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide focused, tailored support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ensuring they can access their education and develop vital life skills. Your role will include:

  • Building strong, supportive relationships with students based on their individual needs
  • Implementing targeted strategies to foster social, emotional, and academic growth

Strict Requirements:

  • Communication: You must possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Training: You should be willing to undertake relevant training and development.
