Teaching Personnel are working closely with one of our Secondary Schools based in the Falmouth area who are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join them in January. They are seeking a committed candidate who is looking to kickstart their career in Education.
An ideal candidate will be flexible and patient working working with Autism, it's so important to understand and adapt you approach depending on the pupils needs. Roles can vary from working on a 1:1 or group basis with pupils depending on how high the levels of Autism are, you will be helping and assisting with their work throughout the day alongside helping the class teacher. Also providing that emotional support around the School to ensure they feel comfortable between lessons.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
