Job Description:

As a School Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the daily operation of the school office, acting as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors
• Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner
• Maintaining accurate records, including student data, attendance, and staff information, using the school’s management systems
• Coordinating schedules, meetings, and events, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
• Supporting financial administration, including processing invoices and monitoring budgets
• Assisting with HR tasks, such as maintaining staff records and supporting recruitment processes
• Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and other regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in an educational setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and school-specific software (e.g., SIMS or similar)
• Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality in a school context
• A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
