Full-Time Administrative Assistant Vacancy – Secondary School, S6 Sheffield

Are you an organized, proactive, and dedicated individual looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school in S6, Sheffield, starting January 2024.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide efficient and professional administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day school operations.
  • Manage communications, including emails, phone calls, and visitor inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records, student files, and databases in line with school policies.
  • Support staff with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, scheduling, and event planning.

About You:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confident with IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a school or similar environment is desirable but not essential.

Requirements:

  • DBS Check: An enhanced DBS clearance is essential (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
  • References: Two satisfactory references from recent employers or professional contacts.
