Join Our Team of Hourly Tutors – Make a Difference in Secondary Schools Across Northampton

Are you passionate about education and making a real impact? We are looking for dedicated Hourly Tutors to support secondary school students in Northampton who are falling behind due to different circumstances.

About the Role:
As an Hourly Tutor, you will:

  • Provide targeted academic support in core subjects like English, Maths, and Science.
  • Work one-to-one with students who need additional help due to challenging situations.
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment to help students rebuild confidence and achieve their potential.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students (teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential).
  • A compassionate and understanding approach, with the ability to support students dealing with sensitive circumstances.
  • Flexibility to work on an hourly basis during school hours.
  • A passion for helping young people succeed academically and emotionally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
