Position: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Role Overview:

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with one of our students who requires additional support to achieve their full potential. You will play a crucial role in their educational journey, providing tailored assistance to meet their specific needs. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to a designated student, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage the student's social, emotional, and academic development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to the student's education/.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and the needs of the student.
• A commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students.
