1:1 Teaching Assistant – Level 2 / Level 3
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £11.85 per hour, (£75.00 - £85.00 per day)
We are seeking TAs to work at one of our Primary schools in Eastbourne
As a TA, you will be working mainly 1:1 with students within the classroom, helping them to access education and engage in lessons. The school has an Ofsted “Outstanding” rating and aims to be one of the region’s leading providers of specialist education.
About the role:
- PAYE rates of £75 - £85 per day
- Weekly pay through school timesheets
- Immediate start following Teaching Personnel registration.
Requirements:
- NVQ or equivalent to Teaching Assistant.
- Safeguarding
- DBS on the update service (or willing to complete a new) – assistance available
- First aid (non-essential)
- Any additional relevant qualifications (e.g., additional language, Makaton)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
