Job Description:

As a 1:1 English Tutor based in Nottingham, you will be responsible for providing tailored English language instruction to individual students. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality tutoring sessions to help students improve their English language skills.

Job Duties:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective English language and literature lessons
• Assess students' language proficiency and adapt teaching methods accordingly
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students progress
• Create personalised learning materials and activities
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Required Qualifications:

• A recognised teaching qualification in English
• Demonstrated experience in teaching English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Skills:

• Deep understanding of English grammar and vocabulary
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
