1:1 Behaviour Tutor
Location:
Mansfield (NG19)
Job Duties:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviour
- Develop and implement individualised behaviour management plans
- Deliver tailored teaching strategies to address specific behavioural issues
- Monitor and record student progress and behaviour patterns
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of behaviour management techniques
- Ability to build rapport and trust with students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
