• Full-time class teacher (Monday – Friday)
• £31,650 - £35,674 per annum
• Start date: January 2025

A primary school in Burnley, East Lancashire are currently looking to recruit a Year 1 Teacher on a full-time basis. This role is currently full- time for one academic year with the potential to be extended further.

The school is looking for inspiring teachers who have innovative in their approach and who can align with the school’s ethos. The Head Teacher has said the general behaviour of the School is ‘Very Good’ and is looking to employ a Teacher who can deliver engaging and interactive lessons to encourage the children to be enthusiastic about learning.

The school is happy to consider both NQT’s and FQT’s, this role is a perfect opportunity to gain further experience within a Primary setting. The successful candidate will be required to deliver topic Lessons and core subjects within the Year 1 classroom, therefore, strong subject knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum is vital.
