Job Duties:

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students across different age groups and subjects
• Follow lesson plans and ensure learning objectives are met
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
• Provide feedback to students, parents, and colleagues on student progress
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Prior experience in teaching or working with students preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for education and helping students reach their full potential

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional teaching certifications or training
• Experience working with diverse student populations

Working Conditions:

• Full-time hours with occasional flexibility required
• Work may involve standing for long periods and some physical activity
• Collaboration with other teachers, staff, and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
