Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of students with SEN.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
- Regularly assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods to maximize learning outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest SEN teaching strategies and incorporate best practices into your teaching.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEN teaching qualification.
- Demonstrable experience working with children with special educational needs.
- In-depth understanding of SEN teaching strategies and interventions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptive teaching approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
