A highly reputable Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Mathematics to join the permanent staff team of a growing and improving secondary school in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an early career teacher (ECT) looking to develop their practice within a supportive and dynamic school environment.

Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 for the right candidate.
- Plan and deliver a curriculum that supports student progression and promotes a love for mathematics.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback that fosters growth and academic success.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to departmental improvement.
- Maintain high expectations for student behavior, achievement, and engagement.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have a strong academic background in mathematics or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate a passion for teaching and the ability to motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Be skilled in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show a commitment to continuous professional development and the ability to adapt to an evolving educational environment.
