Struggling to find purpose? Teaching Personnel partners with a supportive educational provision in North-West Bristol dedicated to guiding students toward positive paths with the help of compassionate role models and mentors. Could you be the empathetic, reliable mentor these students need to build trust and inspire growth?

We’re seeking someone confident in managing challenging behavior, resilient under pressure, and, most importantly, understanding. Experience in a classroom isn’t required—what matters most is a genuine willingness to support and uplift these young people.

About the Role:

  • Start Date: Immediate availability, with positions beginning in January!
  • Class Size: Small groups of 4-6 students, allowing for meaningful connections.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 08:30-3:30—a work/life balance that works for you.
  • Compensation: £84 - £95 per day, paid weekly, with easy commuting options.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
