Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work with our partner schools and nurseries in Ivybridge.
About the Role:
We have exciting opportunities for Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary year groups or within school nurseries. Whether you’re seeking a full-time position or part-time flexibility, we have roles to suit your availability and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils.
- Assist with individual or group activities, including literacy and numeracy interventions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt to the specific needs of each school or nursery.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Live in Ivybridge or within a commutable distance.
- Have relevant experience working in UK Schools or Nurseries.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show a genuine passion for working with children.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Applicants must be prepared to undertake rigorous vetting and safeguarding checks, including an enhanced DBS disclosure.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
