MFL Teacher

We are supporting a local secondary school seeking an MFL Teacher to join their successful department. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative language lessons across a range of year groups. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop a passion for languages and deepen their cultural understanding. You will teach Spanish, and may also have the opportunity to contribute to extracurricular activities, including language clubs and trips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Spanish.
• Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full potential in language learning.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students at all levels.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum and department initiatives.

About You:

• A qualified teacher with a degree in a relevant language or related field (or equivalent).
• Passionate about languages and committed to inspiring students.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach [languages taught] to all key stages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage a diverse workload.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
