Level 3 Teaching Assistant opportunities in Nelson (BB9) East Lancashire
Hourly rate: £13.52 - 14.50 PH dependant on experience

Teaching Personnel offer all of their candidates a specialist consultant who supports you through the registration process as well as to find a role, a flexible working schedule, school based working hours from 8:30am until 3:30pm and also the opportunity to commit to a permanent position at a school if one is made available.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Assisting with small group and one-on-one sessions to reinforce learning and address individual student needs
- Some roles may include supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and changing activities to meet their unique requirements
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Assisting with the preparation of resources and classroom organization
- Monitoring and assessing student progress and providing feedback to the class teacher
What we look for:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification e.g. CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Knowledge and understanding of different SEN needs
- Strong communication skills
- Patience and passion for supporting children’s learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
