Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our agency in Market Rasen. The ideal candidate will be available 3 to 5 days per week starting from January. This position is open to UK based applicants only.

Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
  • Follow the school's policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 1 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Key Stage 1 students

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
  • Classroom management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience working with diverse student populations

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a school setting, with regular school hours and term-time schedules. The teacher will be responsible for managing a classroom of Key Stage 1 students and collaborating with other staff members.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
