Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify pupils requiring additional support and help them unlock their potential.
  • Plan and deliver tailored intervention strategies designed to meet specific learning goals.

  • Track and evaluate student progress, adapting interventions to ensure continued growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in intervention or support-based roles within education.
  • Skills: A solid understanding of intervention strategies and the ability to adapt approaches to individual learning needs.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills for working effectively with colleagues, parents, and external partners.
