This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience.

Position: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Darwen, BB3.
Start Date: ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students with a range of special educational needs, both inside and outside the classroom
Working closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to adapt lessons and resources
Providing one-on-one or small group assistance to ensure students can access the curriculum
Helping to manage behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Assisting with personal care, where necessary

What we are looking for:

A recent graduate with a passion for education and SEN
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic educational environment
Prior experience working with children (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
