Salary: £120 - £160 per day, dependent on experience

Teaching Personnel is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Blackpool. This long-term teaching role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners, supporting their early development and laying the foundation for lifelong learning.

About the Role

  • Engaging Learning: Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons tailored to Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) pupils.

  • Child-Centered Approach: Foster a nurturing environment that supports the emotional, social, and academic growth of each child.

  • Assessment: Monitor and assess progress in line with EYFS framework, ensuring each child reaches their potential.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to create a holistic learning experience.

  • Innovative Environment: Contribute to a dynamic team that values innovation and creativity in teaching.

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.

  • Experience: Proven experience teaching within the EYFS framework is highly desirable.

  • Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and helping them achieve their best.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with pupils, parents, and colleagues effectively.

  • Commitment: A proactive and dedicated approach to long-term teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
