Job description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Full-Time Cover Supervisor to join a well-established secondary school in Stoke. This long-term, full-time position offers the opportunity to support students in a dynamic environment while maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere in the absence of regular teachers. The school is committed to providing excellent education and fostering a safe and supportive environment for both students and staff.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes across a variety of subjects, ensuring students remain on task and follow school procedures. You will support students with their work, manage classroom behavior, and maintain a positive learning environment. You will also assist in preparing the classroom for lessons and provide feedback to teachers regarding student progress.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
