Recognised in its recent Ofsted inspection, the school was noted for its proactive safeguarding processes, dedicated staff training, and leadership's clear commitment to student wellbeing and academic progress.

The school has also prioritised support for students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, developing an action plan to address these and strengthen early identification processes for SEND, particularly in Year 7. Older students value the skills and commitment of teachers who work to foster achievement and engagement, and all students are beginning to benefit from the new support systems in place.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, maintaining open communication with students and staff and supporting school standards.

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in any subject area (education-related qualifications are a plus).
  • Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational or mentoring role.
  • Strong classroom management skills, with an understanding of safeguarding practices.
