Cover Supervisor

We are looking for confident and motivated individuals for general cover work in Schools in and around the Blandford Forum area. Teaching Personnel are offering both full-time and flexible working options alongside long-term opportunities. 

The right candidate should:

• Be resilient and have good behaviour management skills within the classroom
• Be organised and have knowledge of school routines
• Have previous experience teaching or tutoring
• Understand the National Curriculum and have the ability to teach it confidently 
• Be able to hold good relationships with staff, students and parents
• Be flexible across year groups and adapt to different situations where necessary
• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
