As a Complex Needs Tutor, you'll play a pivotal role in our students' lives by:
- Planning, creating and teaching engaging sessions based around the child’s needs, developing their knowledge in core subjects.
- Working with children with Special Education Needs who need face to face support. This could include children with ASD, SEMH or PMLD and may take place at their homes, care homes or a local area e.g., library which can be agreed with the parents/ carers.
- Track progress and plan next steps.
- Inspire children to achieve and keep them engaged ensuring they can access the learning.
- Implement behaviour strategies to ensure children are focussed and on task.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
