Behavioural specialist
Location: Chasetown
Weekly salary: £425 to £450 GBP
Contract: Full time (temporary to permanent contract)
Candidate: Must have SEMH / behaviour experience
Teaching personnel are working with a behaviour provision based in Chasetown who require behaviour specialists who are experienced working with young people and SEMH needs. The school caters for students aged 7-13 years old who are referred for admission following the education health and care plan process. School house are 8:30-15:30 Monday to Friday. The school itself has spacious grounds and has also received dyslexia friendly status level 1.
The school is looking for people who have had experience working with ASD and SEMH. The ideal candidate will be flexible, positive, and resilient. The school aims to provide an inspirational curriculum that is both broad and balanced. Discipline is addressed in a fair and consistent way to raise self-esteem and confidence
In order to be considered:
- Must have experience working with behaviour / SEMH / autism.
- Have a passion for education and working with young people.
- Hold a current and clear DBS or willing to do a new one.
- Experience working in school settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
