Supply 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Doncaster

Do you have a passion for supporting children to reach their full potential?
Teaching Personnel are looking for caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work across our fantastic partner schools in Doncaster. These flexible supply roles are ideal for someone who loves working with children and wants to make a lasting impact in a supportive primary setting.


About the Role

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be providing focused support to pupils with additional learning needs, helping them to engage with lessons and reach their goals. You’ll work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support, ensuring every child feels confident and included in the classroom.

Assignments vary from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, giving you flexibility and variety while making a real difference to pupils’ progress.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience supporting children in a school, childcare, or SEN setting

  • A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach

  • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed

  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Location

Roles available across Doncaster and surrounding areas, with placements chosen to suit your location and travel preferences.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
